Low FODMAP Salsa Recipe

When you forget to order the Low FODMAP salsa online…don’t fret, you can throw together some yourself and you will be surprised just how good it really is! In fact, this is so easy to make and so tasty, you’ll probably stop ordering low FODMAP salsa online.

3 EachTomato, chopped
1/3 CupCilantro, chopped
1 EachJalapeno, diced. Seed and devein if less heat is desired.
1 TblGarlic infused oil
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together in a non-metal bowl and refrigerate.

Pro-tip: If you like your salsa on the soupy side, partially blend the tomatoes with an immersion blender to the desired consistency.
