3 Each | Tomato, chopped |
1/3 Cup | Cilantro, chopped |
1 Each | Jalapeno, diced. Seed and devein if less heat is desired. |
1 Tbl | Garlic infused oil |
Salt to taste | |
Pepper to taste | |
Mix all ingredients together in a non-metal bowl and refrigerate.
Pro-tip: If you like your salsa on the soupy side, partially blend the tomatoes with an immersion blender to the desired consistency.
